Considering her track record of being absent in the face of crisis, I think I’ll stick with scrooge.
Luna is nowhere as kickass as Scrooge McDuck. I’d say whole different league, but the fact of the matter is that Luna couldn’t hold a candle to Scrooge.
Although Luna is really cool and could actually fight off the demons of hell while I watch, so there’s that. :3
And I won’t get attacked by demons of hell around him.
Did I say he wasn’t? Scrooge is clearly richer, and Burns doesn’t have a money pit to swim in either. ;)
But I still really would rather play with my Super Nintendo than a WiiU. :P

Scrooge MacDuck is the fun rich guy, to go with Nintendo’s more general audience and typically somewhat-easier games. Charles Montgomery Burns is just the rich evil capitalist guy. :)
Unless Scrooge represents Nintendo in general anyway. Though I’m pretty sure he’s richer than Monty.
