Tough choice. Will not go with Xbox One that’s for sure. Got a bit of a rocky history with each Playstation system as they seem to crap out at the worse time(Had to reformat my PS3 once, losing all my hard work, PS2 wouldn’t load any game unless it was given a good whack, and PS1 just didn’t read sometimes). But I’ve grown up with Nintendo all my life. Sorry Luna, but I’m going with Scrooge McDuck(Additionally, I’ve always been a Duck Tales fan long before I was a brony).
I’d hang out with Wii U, because Nintendo knows how to have fun. Keeping things similar so everyone has things to talk about, but usually adding a twist to keep things interesting. I don’t know anything about scrooge mcduck though.
Playstation 4 would be the second choice. Unfortunately I don’t know any good games that would ease me into liking the system. No one in my town plays with their playstation if they even have one. People online always suggest generic RPGs and shooters for the playstations as well. Only time i’ve played playstation games was visiting a friend when there was only playstation 1 & 2. Mainly playing Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and a couple other popular titles for less than an hour.
Playstation has a knock-off of Super Smash bros though, so I’d probably try playing that, and then try the games that those characters are from for a start.
Also, I hope the Playstation 4 controller feels better, the playstation 1 and 2 controllers hurt my hands like hell (but maybe it’s cause i wasn’t used to them. Like I was when I went from playing sega dreamcast to gamecube… Largest controllers ever to smallest ever controllers…..)
I would prefer to play PC overall though, since it’s easier to communicate with friends, and be able to do something not related to video games easily.
Xbox One…. The Xbox 360 is one of the few purchase decisions I’ve ever regretted in my life, I have a hard time imagining myself wanting to get Xbox One before getting the other 2 consoles and upgrading my computer+ other stuff with money.

Yeah a note book is fine for just browsing the internet, or watching movies, but an actual gaming rig can run you up $2,000 (possibly beyond that if you’re a really hard core graphics fetishist), and you lose the advantage of mobility. Fortunately, that’s why God made the PS Vita and Persona 4 Golden.

It takes time, money and technical know how to actually build a PC, and there’s a certain satisfaction in that. Even if I find myself more and more playing old school or cheap low tech indy games most of the time now.
Its also because the PC is a more open platform for indy developers than any of the consoles. You’d never see something like say Dwarf Fortress on X Box.
