There’s no single right way to do it, though virtually everyone agrees that doing it “well done” is just plain wrong. And propane is evil heresy.

Whether charcoal grilled or sous vided, jaccard tenderizer is your best friend.

You can absolutely clean cast iron. You just can’t use soap or dishwasher.

Chain scrubber and salt is all you need.

Rarity is either stupid or owns stock in PFAS chemical companies. Or is pushing PFAS cookware so she can sell more clothes as ponies will want to cover the bald patches where the coat and mane fell out.
