What if that healthy pony in her stomach is a certified assistant nurse of Gumheart that tries to calm down and take care of patients? Reassuring them they won’t get digested and they’d feel better and all that? And check their healing progress? :D

Unfortunately Doctor Gum Heart can’t hold any healthy patients in her stomach during work hours. However, on Gum Heart off days you can ask her to let you in her stomach. She won’t have any problems with that. uwu
