It makes a lot of sense that Sunset and the Twilights would be the ones with the highest resistance to hypnosis, as their powers relate to the mind; telekinesis and mind reading, and are the smartest of the bunch. In Sunset Pass, Sunset was the only one to retain memories of her despite living through those loops. Whoever commissioned this actually followed up on Equestria Girls, and I like that the demon responsible is the Other Sunset since we never get to see her 👌

Since every other person who has been hypnotized seem to be able to undress themselves with no issue, I have to believe that Sunset had to be hypnotized to be embarrassed of having her shirt lifted up as her normal personality was too kinky and into it that it ruined the mood for Demonic Sunset.
