From what I gather, this one has the image contrast raised a little bit, and the original lines were overlaid with a blending mode so Longinius’ fantastic inking work was more prominently displayed.
Image quality. The other version has a blur effect. Its really noticeable if you look at the feathers of her wings.
It’s not “really” a PNG, you can still see stray pixels from the original JPEG. I think this was edited - it’s a little blurrier and has a local contrast type filter.
