Kun lohikäärmeestä tuli poni!
Runsaasti kuvitetussa, helppolukuisessa lastenromaanissa prinsessa Twilight Sparklen rakas lohikäärmeapuri Spike muuttuu poniksi yhden päivän ajaksi.
Pikkuinen lohikäärme Spike on prinsessa Twilight Sparklen uskollinen ystävä ja apuri. Eräänä päivänä hänen päähänsä pälkähtää ponimainen haave: hän haluaa löytää erityistaitonsa ja saada ikioman söpöysmerkin. Vain taika voi toteuttaa niin suuren toiveen, ja pian edessä onkin hulvaton söpöysmerkkiseikkailu.
Upeat ponikuvitukset on loihtinut kansainvälisesti arvostettu kuvittaja Anthony Conley, joka on piirtänyt niin Paavo Pesusientä kuin Ryhmä Haun koiranpentujakin.
Lämminhenkinen, humoristinen tarina sopii vasta lukemaan oppineille mutta myös vanhemmille ponifaneille tai ääneen luettavaksi alle kouluikäisille.

Don’t know how Spike is described as a pre-teen, but even that would be younger then a stallion. If your only looking at this book, then I guess your right, but I feel like the show squarely puts him in child territory.

It is, and Google Translate is being tripped up by Finnish grammar (I can explain at length if anyone is actually interested). “Ryhmä Haun koiranpennut” means “the puppies of Paw Patrol”.
 
Overall that was a pretty good English translation!

He looks more like a colt then a stallion here. I wonder what this book will depict him as in terms of maturity. Either way, it’s a fun idea to make something like this about.
