Well, this is a different canon. The crossovers between both franchises by Hasbro were set in a different universe.

That’s because it’s just a crossover. And the MLP/Transformers crossovers can’t fit in either the Transformers G1 timeline aorta the MLP G4 timeline. This is a different canon/continuity.
Yeah. You’re right. Both Transformers/My Little Pony crossover got it’s own canon/continuity.

Well, both Transformers/My Little Pony crossovers are technically not canon to any Transformers timeline/continuity and/or the MLP G4 timeline/continuity because both crossovers are in their own continuity. Who cares? Everything’s canon.
