Of course it spawned a lot of fanart of her either desperate or wetting herself and it’s been said “they handed us this one on a platter”. Again, all we really get is Fleur at the back of the Bathroom Line, looking desperate and wearing a cute pair of shorts, as Pinkie introduces the audience to the line, and we don’t see the outcome before the episode ends, but it’s easy to imagine she wet herself.

She wasn’t in Holidays Unwrapped, she was in the short episode Five Lines You Need To Stand In, in the Bathroom Line. We never see whether she makes it or not, giving us plenty of room to headcanon she didn’t.

Yeah, it was a snowball fight, she gets hit with a snowball and falls down, seemingly dead because it was a reference to Saving Private Ryan, but turns out she just fell on her keys. Of course Sunset doesn’t wet herself there. At least not that we know of. And she was wearing her winter outfit, including her snow pants (seen in the original version).
 
Although, at the end of the segment, Rainbow Dash tries to ambush Pinkie and Rarity from inside a snowman, and after Rarity casually blocks with her barrier (due to Rainbow loudly announcing her sneak attack before she throws the snowball), Rainbow Dash claims to have been waiting inside that snowman for two days to get that sneak attack. Which puts an image in my head of Rainbow wetting her snow pants (and skintight black pants underneath), which I’ll headcanon even though canonically Rule of Funny and fiction physics (the same that kept the Main 6 from needing to pee for the same amount of time while locked up by Starlight) probably kept her dry, and this is not expanded upon or mentioned again, as immediately after, Rainbow is knocked on her back by a snowball and the segment ends.
 
(In a later segment revolving around Rainbow Dash, she does pretend to have to go to the bathroom as an excuse to get a last-minute present for Fluttershy, as if trying to remind those of us with the fetish that realistically she wouldn’t have stayed dry inside that snowman, but it could have been coincidence. Though we can’t pretend the scene of pony Pinkie in desperate need of a bathroom wasn’t written for people with a desperation fetish, and a desperate-looking Fleur at the very back of the Bathroom Line in a cute pair of shorts…)
