Everypony hates spike

It’s probably pain enough to give screentime for 6 characters in every episode, but I still find the whole secondary citizen headfanon funny.

@backgroundpony no one here dislikes spike. The person who made this is simply pointing out how upsetting it is to see the character not appear in more scenes with the other characters. Even the characters like spike.
 
Even I like spike. He’s my favorite character in the whole show :D

@Etherchanter I don’t really remember him making a fool of himself. He just seemed to have fun with everypony. A no one really objected to him doing anything.

I think that he made such a fool of himself during his first Ponyville Summer Sun celebration (remember the lampshade?) that either Twilight or himself doesn’t want him to be at parties anymore.

I can say that while it is a shame that he didn’t appear for many of these, there can be a reasonable explanation outside of “Twilight makes him do all her work while she has fun.”
 
Perhaps for diamond tiara cute-ceanera: He didn’t want to go. Maybe he knew about her horrible attitude, and chose not to go.  
For Celestia’s visit: He didn’t seem to mind cooking. Heck in many episodes, it shows that he really enjoys doing it (owl’s well that ends well, dragon quest)  
Gummy’s birthday: Maybe he didn’t want to celebrate the birthday of a derpy alligator. Also, the party seemed to end late, which is when he’s usually in bed. So it would be way past his bedtime.  
Mane 6 picnic:Twilight seemed to start losing it, so he probably wanted to keep his distance. He also probably went to go write to the princess about twilight’s behavior  
Mare-do-well-parade:probably just didn’t feel like going
 
Other than that I’m stumped.

Now that’s just sad. Apparently Spike IS a furniture.
