A sequel of sorts to >>2119652 of an Ocellus now truly at the very end of her pregnancy. Struggling to stand not from pain, but from the sheer waves of pleasure her unique contractions are giving her. Gallons of egg fluid are barely held back as it starts to slowly drip on the floor during a particularly heavy shudder throughout her body. Fighting through the haze of bliss currently enveloping her mind and instincts she trudges on. Clinging on to a small hope that she can at least run into one of her friends before her “waters” break in a syrupy rush. An event that’s growing closer by the second.

Given that this was a commission and you’d have to fully redraw some parts, that’d be an obvious no.
I’d imagine it’s built for it, plus natural shapeshifters and all so the body’s likely very adaptable. Just don’t expect the breasts to go away for a long while. And even then they’ll never go down to the previous size.
