It’s one of my older fics so I apologise if it feels off, It was around the time I first started making fics plus I have Autism so it does affect what can be written into the story.

I have considered transitioning. Like Stellerator said, though, gender and sexuality are complicated.I thought of making Cold Front a transmare, but he seems to be an inspiration for guys who want to explore their feminine side to do so, or at least I am since I’m open about it online. Still, he loves those mare suits.

Okay, that’s really cool that it inspired you to write something. Having people think and think about a thing you did is kind of the coolest thing that can happen when you release an art!
 
And of course, taking that in a different direction is cool. After all, there would be no point in just writing the same thing that someone already wrote :)
 
The OC’s owner can speak better to it, but in the case of this specific character, I think it’s about a desire to be a girly and feminine male, rather than a desire to be female. I think, at least.

I will admit one thing though, When I first saw the first page of this comic back when it first came out, I made a fic based on it on FIMfiction. The only alterations I made was the Stallions name and that he’s considering a possible sex change but wasn’t unsure, I had thought of doing two endings to that fic, one based on him going through with the sex change and the other where he stays a stallion.

Obviously the comic is out there, and I’m happy for anyone to interpret it however they want. That’s one cool thing about art. So I have zero problem with anyone seeing this in any way that suits them. :)
 
However, just in case anyone DOES care about authorial intent…  
There isn’t really much to compare heights to, but in actual measurements of the models. Rarity is about 5’5”, not counting ears. I may have made Cold on the small side, because it felt right to have him not towering over her.
 
Likewise, Sweetie Belle can be whatever age you fancy her as being, but at least for me I consider that version of SB to be very late teens to early twenties… UMM…I MEAN EXACTLY 18 YEARS AND ONE DAY OLD… or so, like college age, since I’ve used that model for some naughty things pieces, and intend to again. I suppose it’s not obvious that she has a fully adult body, since she is wearing sensible clothes instead of something specifically meant to be sexy.
 
 
I was actually considering doing an image or two of the “in the kitchen, of all places…” incident that Rarity comments on, and THERE she will be a young adult. Whether you want to consider that to be in this continuity or not is entirely up to the reader. :)

It’s possible that Rarity is the same age as Rarity and Cold in this series. If she is, then, yeah, Cold wouldn’t mind having two mares to cuddle up with while dressed in mare’s clothing.

Well it’s hard to see the size difference between Cold and Rarity but in the few pages where Rarity is checking the clothes on him, he appears the same size when he’s stood on the platform. So unless he’s a very small Stallion, he looks the same size range as Sweetie and therefore, the same age range.

Sweetie is a kid, though. I assume she’s a kid in this verse as well. Either way, Cold Front isn’t into foals.

I know you had to give this it’s ending but seeing the last page, I was kinda hoping that Sweetie might get some pretty stallion loving.
