There was originally going to be a different ending to Friendship Games where Sci-Twi stayed at Crystal Prep, which would then have shown her and the Shadowbolts going on adventures with Sunset and the EQG Mane 5 afterwards. Unfortunately it was scrapped because of studio interference.
Or at the very least have more appearances and character development!
