oi vey….. see, this is a complete misconception of how copyright works. If anyone just tries to go and copyright something themselves they will know it works as such:

You can only copyright physical/digital assets. You can only trademark names. You can only patent specific designs.

NEVER can you EVER copyright/trademark/patent and idea.

So, as long as you dont steal their trademarked name, dont actually take an asset from the show (aka making it all yourself like you did here), then you are the sole owner of everything you do reguardless of how companies try and bully you.
And for the record, a Police Box is not copyrighted/trademarked, so you can use it all you want no matter what
And since those spike and flurry heart assets are custom made you they are yours and yours alone, not hasbros. It doesnt matter that hasbro designed them, it matters if their studio made the asset. If they didnt physically make the asset, it isnt theirs, not matter how much they like to think that.

A good analogy:
Copyright is like a lemonade stand. You want to make a lemonade stand just like the one down the street. So, you go through the work to build, paint, and setup the stand, just like they did. So what if it LOOKS similar, YOU built it!
Now, if you were to go and STEAL the other persons stand, then you would be violating copyright.
