Now, there’s a lot of Celestia art, anthro or otherwise, that I love because I praise the sun. However, a lot of people don’t quite capture what it is I love about her.

I understand! I try to reply to all of the comments on my own work as well, but sometimes it feels like I am just copy-pasting myself, or I get overwhelmed. I am happy that my words were pleasant on your eyes. :)

I don’t usually respond to compliments because it feels awkward to just say “thanks” over and over, but this one is so detailed I feel I should try. I messed with some different stuff with this one and was worried it wouldn’t quite work out, so I’m glad to hear someone likes it so much.

I adore how this captured her. It’s so… her.
 
She’s just so casual and unashamed of herself. She’s not being seductive or overtly sexual, she just happens to be undressed. Perhaps stepping into a bath? You, the viewer, get the sense that you’ve accidentally entered the room, and she’s not angry or bashful. She just looks at you, wondering what you have to say.
 
It speaks to her poise and also her sheer exhaustion. haha
 
This is my new absolute favorite anthro-Celestia image. Trust me, it took years to dethrone the previous one. 10 out of sincere 10, Rainbowspronks. 10/10
