Because Derpy is prank calling Grogar, that insult in particular is very famous, it was done to a landlord caller Manolo, the radio station constantly called him calling him name like “Manolo cabeza de huevo(Manolo Egghead)” which in spanish it doesn’t mean nerd, just egg shaped head, or butthole. It was hilarious, here are the pranks with english subtitles:part1 part2 part3 part4 part5 at one point he even changed phone number but they still managed to find him, kinda cruel but it’s pretty funny.

Translation:  
Derpy: “Egg head! I’m your master!”
 
Grogar: “[Insert vulgar angry expletive of your preference.]! I am Grogar, I should be respected! When I get you, I will split your head in two with a machete!”
