In the idw prequel comics to the 2017 mlp movie in the storm kings dairy it hints that him amd chrysalis had a fling or some kind of relationship or a crush on the bug queen. I would of love to see how they would interact with each other

Plus, she’s a terrible actress. Something the other Changelings were bad at while working for her.

Cozy Glow plays the important role of being their informant. With a little paintjob, Cozy can pass herself off as an ordinary filly (hell even without that news doesn’t seem to exist in Equestria) and infiltrate Canterlot.
 
Now, you may be wondering, can’t Chrysalis do that with her changeling powers? Well yes, yes she can, but the last time she disguised herself to get close to the Mane 6 of all ponies, rather than do something like, I dunno, posion their drinks, she just took some strands of her hair. So, yeah, she lost that privalage.

He’s the Cooler of the series - a carbon copy of another villain who did it much better, but can be used to make throw-away movies without damaging the original villain’s image.

…What does the Storm King have that makes him worth bringing back? He has no powers of his own, and any resources he had at the time of his death have probably been confiscated or destroyed by now. And his arrogance easily surpasses even Sombra’s, so I doubt he’d be much of a team player.
 
Is it just everyone else can bond over hating his guts and/or so you can have him on hand if you need to “make an example” of someone?

As much as I’d love to see the sirens again, I don’t think that would be a good choice on Grogar’s part. Aria and Sonata aren’t much use without powers and need to be constantly supervised. Adagio, on the other hand, is cunning, opportunistic, and manipulative enough that she could potentially eclipse him in power and/or influence even if she started off with nothing but the keys to the front door.
 
For those who think I’m overestimating her, please bear in mind that she’s easily the best among G4’s villains (save for possibly Grogar himself, as his abilities are largely unknown at this point) at adapting to changing circumstances. In other words, she’s hardly alone in being able to plan well, but she’s uniquely talented at planning quickly.
