Spike knows how to handle kids and I’m sure he learned something from the library
I get that, but just because he’s a dragon who is baby sitting doesn’t make him a dragonsitter as he’s not babysitting a dragon nor is it a pun as far as I can see. I’m just learning to understand puns because they are fun so maybe I’m just missing something.
It’s supposed to reference that fact Spike is taking care of Twilight since she’s a baby.
