Made by MysteriousShineFanart of the comic “The Storm Kingdom” by Chedx.“Fall of The Dragon Lord”After the conquests of Yakyakistan, Griffonstone, Seaquestria, and Changeling Kingdom, the next conquest was the Dragonlands. However, Tempest along with her Commanders(including the now brainwashed Mane 6, now called the “Command 6”) knew that taking the Dragon Lands would be much harder than the others. In order to deal with the problem of dragon numbers, size, fire and strength she commissioned her elite Abyssinian magic users, “The Black Paw Warlocks” to create the most powerful weapon in the Storm Kingdom’s military, “The Elemental Golem” a hundred foot behemoth with the power of multiple elements. Tempest was also given valuable information from Spike, who revealed that anypony can challenge the Dragon Lord for control of the Dragons. Tempest assembled a massive invasion air armada (The Storm Army now consisted of Ponies, Griffons, Yaks, Hippogriffs, Abyssinians, Parrots, and one dragon) the Golem along with the Warlocks easily defeated the larger adult dragons, even knocking former Dragon Lord Torch out. Along with the massive invasion army and knowlage of Dragon weaknesses, General Tempest and her army penetrated all the way to the heart of The Dragonlands, where the General, challenged Dragon Lord Ember to a duel, for control of the Dragons. After a long fight, Ember was defeated by the amplified powers that the Storm King had given her(Crystal of Light). Ember refused to accept Tempest victor, and spit in her face, because of that, the General decided not to brainwash her, but turn her to stone.“Aftermath”The Dragons were beyond shocked and saddened to see that their leader was defeated(by a Pony!) and that this Pony was technachlly their Lord. Some dragons refused to accept Tempest as their Lord pro tempore, some fled, a few fought, others yielded. Many dragons were chained, and many eggs and baby dragons were taken by Storm Soldiers to eventually join “The Academy” to learn with fellow students how to be a soldier. The Dragonlands, once a desolate wasteland became a massive production territory for producing Storm armor, weapons, as with the enslaved adult dragons, their fire helped produce strong metal. Many dragon teens(who refused to accept Storm rule) were sold to “The Slavers Guild” along with every defiant creature conquered. Because of the valuable info, Spike was granted the rank of Lieutenant by Tenpest, and now serves under Captain Grubber(the two have become BFFs) upon her triumphant return to Canterlot, The Storm King congratulated and was very pleased with the new additions to his trophy room, he placed the Blood Stone Septer in his relicss room and placed the stone statue of Ember with the other former leaders(placing her in the middle between Nova and Celestia)

So much world building and stories to tell in the Storm Kingdom series.
Dragons sold into slavery, I can only imagine what Ember would feel once she is free, the kids and eggs being taken and forced into an Academy, to serve a king who’s not a even a dragon, to serv a cruel, horrid General. And Smolder imagine how she felt when she was dragged off to the Academy, it’s different from the Friendship School, as it was he Dragon Lord forcing her to go. This time, it was after he Lord was crushed, after she was dragged by Storm soldiers, and that if she attempts to drop ou, it’s the slave auction.
Flurryheart may feel bitter and sad at her Dad, missing everything, having to celebrate without her mom or dad(reasons of course, die to the Kingdom) Shinning Armor would have to work triple time to help.
Would Shinning and the rest of the leaders be able to abolish Slavery or would it unfortunately be too powerful after years of establishing and normalizing.
Poor Yona as well…:( the end of Yak culture for some military culture.
Most likely, once he is defeated, everyone under the mind controlling influence will be set free, they will need to free the leaders from their obsidian prison, the dragons who were sold to slavery would probably be too far gone and too late to save.
Other damages and changes they will have to slowly undo and change back themselves which would have put a lot of there would-have-been adventures behind or some would have probably been altered. Shining Armor would have missed everything in their daughter’s life. Her first steps, first words, birthday parties, comforts, good and bad times would have been lost to them. They would have missed it all.
So much that was destroyed, taken away and lost to the Storm King would be difficult to get passed in a snap even when was defeated.
This could take years, decades even to undo all the damage The Storm King has done. And even if he is defeated, what will happen to the Kingdom, and those who were forced to fight for it.
Like I said, they will need all the lucky stars in the world if they hope to have any chance against the Storm King and the new diversity of his army because that’s a major factor in what you pointed out.
This may all just end in tears if things don’t go their way in this last resort to beat the storm king, and save the lands in Equestria and beyond. The creatures in Aesir May have a fighting chance, but it won’t happen in a epic miracle in defeating and undoing all the damage the Storm King have caused. This will take lots of time, fighting, resources and plans.
Think that’s bad? It’s worse, instead of a Friendshio school, you have The Storm Kingdom Cadet Academy, training the Kingdom’s youth for the military.
Starlight may still be out there, but how can any of tre rebels stand up to the massive diverse variety of the army of General Tempest Shadow?
Still Scorpan’s land(Let’s call it Aesir) In Aesir, they have Gargoyles, Centaurs, Werewolves, Fauns, Wendigo, ect.
And in this story, there is another reason why The Storm King wants to conquer Aesir. To gain control of “The World Tree”, a sacred and guarded mystical tree, the one who controls it, will have acess and power over ever reality.
And Tenpest has her own private army, “The Storm Six”(Student Six)
They will need all the luck in Equestria if they are going to be the best and final defense in his land, and Equestria if they are to defeat him.
Not to mention the few rebels they have that’s still out there assuming that they haven’t been beamed up out of their homes yet. There is Capper, Nova’s daughter, Shining Armor, and where the hell was Discord’s useless ass when you needed him?
Well, there is Scorpan’s homeland.
