Every time I go to eat pizza I order them to make it without any toppings or sauce, just cheese… I once heard that it already existed and was called “White Pizza” apparently I received wrong information.
In the midwestern US, a “white pizza” normally has a cream-based sauce similar to alfredo sauce, cheese, and bits of grilled chicken. And sometimes spinach.
It’s an acquired taste, I suppose.
