Having a lot of work is not the same thing as being famous. Most people don’t know that she voiced those characters, and most people only know about a few of them.

Got any evidence that Tara Strong isn’t a big deal in the voice acting world? I think she’s a voice actor that most people not generally familiar with voice actors would recognize the name of.

In terms of notoriety, she’s a d-lister at best. And most veteran voice actors are busy, including the canadian regulars on this show.
As voice actors go, Tara Strong is pretty famous and pricey. Also busy.
Because the plot calls for it.
I doubt it. Outside of voice acting fans, who even knows she exists?
Some trivia to add to that: In the recording booth in Vancouver, Tabitha usually fills in Twilight’s lines for the rest of the actors.
Tara records in america, while most of the VA’s record in the same room in canada.
She also voiced Twilight’s Mom in “The Crystaling Pt.2” Unfortunately in “Once Upon A Zeppelin” she played by someone else
Tara voiced the sushi stand girl in one of the EqG shorts but that’s pretty much it
Tara’s expensive.
