Good point.
Its better they leave it open and ambigious for headcannons to run wild,nothing good would come from pushing the issue on twitter,probably would have the opposite effect.

I’m not saying Sparity is a bad joke. It’s just in some episodes Rarity shows that she cares about Spike very much, and then there are some episodes that she doesn’t.
It made Rarity look bad on her part, as she never tell Spike that she don’t share the same feelings as him, but I think Spike already knows.
