I was waiting for Pencils to some more frames of this griffin so I could do my idea. All credit for the drawings go to Pencils, I just made some mediocre edits in Paint. I’m new to Derpibooru so sorry if I don’t have tagging down and I’m not even sure if I’m supposed to tag myself as an artist for edits, please advise!

The modal verb “may” changes things. “May have” takes a past participle (overdone) rather than the simple past (overdid). For excessive detail try this link.

Don’t worry about it, it’s fine for a first edit. I’m sure that most people didn’t even notice the issues since most people don’t really pay much attention to that kind of thing outside of lewd stuff.
My advice is to just pick up the free version of photoshop and give it a whirl. That’s what I use at least, I’m sure someone else could recommend you something better if that doesn’t suit your fancy.
