Only in fanworks is Spike this pathetic. In canon he is not only aware she crushes on other people, she cries to him about it when they don’t reciprocate.

That idea/headcanon is ooc and does not fit the show/character, not gonna lie. She was chosen to wield the element of generosity after all. Sure, she has slight moments of greed, but nothing on the level you’re describing. So yeah, bisexual at most.
Unless she just manipulating Them in order to get stuff, in which case she is a charismatic sociopath
