I have to agree with you on that one. When the episode finally airs in the US (although I am unashamed to say I have already seen it), there will likely be more artwork of this sort of Bright Mac and Pear Butter. Yet, I would not be surprised if such artwork was scarce because there does seem to be a general consensus that the love these two displayed for each other in the episode was too pure to portray in any other manner.
Both being it hasn’t “officially” aired in some parts, and because yes THEYRE TOO PURE!
