What if after seeing that she wants a long tongue, not a long chat? ;)
Also, people, remember - to most ponies dreams are subconscious and so far only Luna can be seen controlling them.
Imagine where that tongue was seconds before and realize that the wetness on her muzzle is not saliva.
Even so, it doesn’t seem like the sort of thing one would ever truly “get used to”.
