Description

This is a fanart of MLPFIM, depicting Twilight’s first Valentine’s Day dating with Flash, and everypony is sneaking up on them. This picture was a contributed to a Chinese MLPFIM fanbook years ago. The color doesn’t look so nice, probably because my monitor was incorrectly calibrated back then. I haven’t been following the show anymore, but I can guess Hasbro is not shipping this couple in the Equestria. This Flash isn’t exactly that Flash after all.

Flash’s character is usually reminiscent of Spike when he is written properly. Bare in mind this is mostly in fanfictions since he technically has no character, but when he is not being bashed he is written as an above average guard, funny, and eager to be helpful.

All the characters look a bit pale. And that rainbow in the sky. And in the movie, that was pretty much his skin color. And what do you mean about Spike?

I think this ship would’ve been better received if Cadence had been the one to initiate it.

At first glance I thought this was Cadance and Shining on a date. It wasn’t until I read the comments and realized it was Flash. Artist should make him more yellow to avoid confusion, cause this is just supporting my head canon of Flash being a Spike and Shining fusion.
