At least her ‘sister’ has a reason to dislike magnets, or at least pretend to; Magnets move her around, and mess with her ‘control’ of her own body.  
Therma here isn’t actually affected, other than cosmetically, by her ‘gimmick’ - so she’s free to enjoy it without paranoia (though possibly some embarrassment if she doesn’t like being caught acting like a cat - not sure what her opinion on being found sleeping on a heater would be)

She’s just like all other object ponies where they inherently enjoy doing whatever their “purpose” is. So she likes being kneaded, stretched, twisted, etc, as well as being warmed to have her color change.

sirens of titan had these small slime things that lived off weak vibrations, normally tectonic ones, but it turns out the human heartbeat is also good for them, so a whole bunch of them ended up kinda covering most of this one guy. the guy was actually pretty okay with it, they’re harmless aside from not getting off of you.

None in the slightest. It’s just that certain parts of her are “inverted”. She blushes in the opposite of whatever color she is so it would be yellow if the rest of her body was cool.
 
And lol that’d be awesome but it’s just a labor of love for me to do these things. I’ve bought pretty much one of each of the things they offer (the liquid glass one hasn’t arrived yet) so it’s just fun to make these of them :P

Oh yeah she likes it :D Her sister secretly likes magnets too, but she’s just too grumpy to admit it and also doesn’t entirely trust her owner yet :P

This is a really adorable idea; If she likes the reaction, she’d be a bit like a cat or other heat-loving creature.  
Except intelligent, but that mostly just means she might get embarrassed about it - ‘being warm feels good’ wouldn’t change with a higher intelligence, nor would the places that are warm.  
So when there’s no one to cuddle up to for actual body heat, I’d expect her to lie by heaters, in sun-beams, on top of over-heating computer towers, etcetera.  
Maybe not when anyone’s around to watch, maybe only when she thinks Anon is away, but still.

How ’bout a Atmosphere Pony? Not one relegated to any one gaseous element, but instead alters her form based on her atomic structure. Something like when Anonymous breathes in a bluish Oxygen and/or Nitrogen Oxide pony, he breathes out a reddish Carbon Dioxide pony.

Aw, I love how some of the orange stays on the cheeks to form a blush. Kinda begs the question: Is she in some control of what parts of her are a certain color?

She likes body heat so much that she flows around your fingers, sticking to your skin as she climbs up your arm and under your shirt to get more warmth. You can feel her ticklish goop under your shirt sliding across your skin. Sometimes you try to dislodge her but she flows around your fingers, giggling at your futile attempts to try to get a grip on her. Looks like you’ll have to get used to constant goo cuddles.
