Cassey is a cat girl from another world. when she was 4 years old, she was killed by a wolf. Her family was so very sad and desperate, that they decided to revive her with a “satanic ritual”. She was revived, but was very different. She then ended up becoming some kind of horrible monster, killing her family, and enlisting (involuntarily) demons from hell, and destroyed her world. But for some strange reason, was teleported into another world, filled with “humans”, and was found by Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, (they were 9 years old at the time) and stayed their for eight years. When she was 12 years old, she met the other girls, but something was wrong… She felt strange, and started killing people to feed her hunger for flesh and blood, then transformed into something more terrible…. the same way that she inadvertently destroyed her world, “Equestria” suffered the same fate…
 
and that’s another story.
 
Cassey is not the scary monster that she once was.
 
Also, could the Anti-Christ from birth or choice (after redeeming themselves), go to Heaven? It is an interesting discussion itself though.

Well, the important part is that Cassey is free of her possession. Again, the whole tale is about the dangers of playing with life and death, and resurrecting dead (even with good intentions), ie Came Back Wrong and Monster from Beyond the Veil .
 
Contrast and compare to the Pet Sematary movie (just the first one), or book.

To be fair, the picture is at least kinda open to interpretation - the white dove is also the symbol of salvation, and theis picture, is done after the “heavnly death” one.
 
In that picture, it implies Cassey is finally free of her demonic possession/corruption, possibly in death.
 
Does this mean even this picture takes place in the afterlife/heaven?
 
Or maybe Cassey (and other characters) got reincarnated in into another universe?
 
Or maybe the heavenly death is metaphorical, and Cassey traveled to yet another iteration of the Equestria Universe, but purrified of her demonic possession (and in the Christian sense, she died and got reborn as pure again, and the demonic influence within her, was what trully died?).
