When I do it, I like to imagine that the Brain Drain only partially infantilizes you, which means first of all, that you can play longer and get more prizes before the game ends, and second, you can win the game and still be partially brainwashed!

The objective is to land on the Freedom wedge and escape, but if you want to make things more interesting, you can consider the clothing and baby items that you win to be prizes.
If you land on a clothing wedge that you have already gotten, then you can choose whether or not that item is taken away, or instead, it can be replaced with a different item, and you can take both home at the end of the game as a prize. (For example, if you have a pacifier, but land on the pacifier wedge, then it can be taken away, or you can have your red pacifier replaced with a blue one, which you will have on until the end of the game or until you get another new pacifier.)
___1. Fiber supplement - A thick, butterscotch flavored candy that fills up your stomach, which will create a bigger mess next time you mess yourself
___2. Gender altering - A cherry flavored candy that can alter your voice to a higher pitch, make your body more effeminate, or totally change your gender if you eat too much.
___3. Mouth numbing - A minty candy that leaves your mouth and tongue numb, leaving you prone to drooling and baby talk.
___4. Muscle weakness - A sweet, vanilla flavored candy that weakens muscles all over the body, which keeps you from standing and forces you to crawl or lie down, and can also weaken your bladder control.
___5. Extra spin - A blue raspberry flavored candy made of pop rocks. This candy doesn’t have much of an effect on your body, but it leads to you taking a second spin on the wheel during your turn.
___6. Shrinkage - A grape flavored candy that can reduce your size upon being eaten. This can shrink particular parts of your body, or your entire body, meaning that eating too many of these will leave you the size of an infant.
___1. Teddy Bear Wedge - This one is ambiguous. The person who commissioned the original picture says that this gives you a plush teddy bear as a consolation prize for almost winning, but a popular alternative is to be locked in a giant teddy bear suit for at least one round instead. You can decide which option you like better.
___2. Freedom Wedge - Landing on this signifies the end of the game. If you want to make things more interesting though, the original commissioner joked that landing on this wedge was not the end of the game, and that you would also have to land on this wedge one more time without landing on “Hyper Mess”, and solve a trivia question before actually beating the game. You can consider these rules to be Hard Mode rules.
I’ve gathered what bits of information I could and filled in a few blanks myself in order to make my own set of rules for people to use if they want. I’ll see if I can get them posted here.
