First time I saw this I didn’t really find anything sexual about it, just really intimate.
I was thinking the same thing when I first saw this; it doesn’t look suggestive, it just looks like it could be construed that way to a guttural mind. But I’m seeing a sweet embrace and nothing more; only reason I didn’t change the tag was a fear of others disagreeing.
Also, I think Anon was making a dirty joke, not criticizing the colourist. Though I won’t speak for him/her; that’s just the impression I got.

The angle is all wrong for that to be Starlight’s leg, it’s almost certainly meant to be Spike’s. The colorist got it right.
