What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and Pinkie’s strong enough to still be her bubbly, happy self after being tortured by her family. Is it surprising that I sort of headcanon really hard that her childhood was horrible in-canon?

Her whole story seemed made-up, as if she was dodging the issue.
