I dunno, what I really liked about this episode is that Spike actually got to mentor someone: he taught another dragon character the value of friendship.
The important part is that it wasn’t awful like the other eps.
It’s a Christmas miracle!

I’d actually like for them to use it a little more. They threw away the journal after season 4, I’d rather they not throw something else away after season 5. But lo que sera sera, I guess. We’ll see how things play out.
