@Joey
Looks excellent. Basically, a slightly thinner upper body, higher hips and a comparatively thicker lower body and this image would be perfect. Much like this image you worked on, pony bodies, when standing, look a lot like pears unless you exclude the “chest” she has and have it less semi-anthro. If that’s the case, I wouldn’t blame you. Anyways, I’m glad I could help. Bipedal pones are rather difficult to accomplish and it’s quite obvious by the last attempt I made.
Yeah, the flat flank thing was a criticism I got more than once of >>1061917 - something I was trying to avoid repeating in this image, but missed horribly it seems. I feel pretty bad about too, as I looked at several references and failed to notice the hips being wider than the body.
I can see what you mean about her neck and shoulders. I just tried qucikly trimming down the neck line a bit, so that it didn’t run into the collar, and I do feel that it looks quite better. May I ask what you think about this?
And thank you so much for your comments, they definitely help :)
And yeah, I really love Omi’s work, so I did take a bit of inspiration from his images.
@Joey
Yep. Also her shoulders(?) are a bit too broad and her neck seems like it’s too far forward. Kinda makes her look like she’s got some wicked back muscles/Trapezius. Besides that, her torso isn’t as pear-shaped as one would expect, so she looks like she has a rather flat flank and nobody wants flat flanks.
Regardless, it still looks good and I see it’s probably inspired by some of Omi’s stuff ;)
Awesome, thank you :D
I’m kinda tempted to do a quick redraw of this with a more appropriately shaped body. I hate having such a limited amount of time in a day :P

Thanks :)
Though I just now realized that I made the same exact mistake that I made with one of my previous pictures (bony legs/thighs)… Oh well, next time…
