I wanted to punch AJ and shove Spike’s head into the snow at this moment truth be told. Applejack could have told Twilight that her Granny Smith was one of the Earth pony founders of Ponyville and that using magic would have offended them, but NO, the stupid “lack of communication” trope just had to rear its ugly head.
