And as I said, I don’t really apply those kinds of labels to myself. But I think that if you do call yourself something, you should try to live up to whatever it is you’re calling yourself.
 
I think, ideally, everyone should be concerned with addressing inequality, regardless of whatever labels may or may not come along with that. Fixing inequality doesn’t need to be an “us versus them” thing; It needs to be an “Everybody coming together to make society better” thing.

Even if he agreed to the fake posts, that probably wasn’t a very wise decision, since a lot of people were going to see the fake posts and wouldn’t necessarily see the clarification afterward. I mean, this kind of thing can cause ongoing damage to his reputation.
 
Like, I know he agreed to it but it still feels like a dumb thing to do.

Speaking for myself, I’m not a fan of the movement, but I haven’t told anyone - regardless of gender - how to live their personal lives.

Sure, but I still believe all people should still be treated as equally valuable. People can’t help the culture they’re born into. Being from a country with shitty, backwards ways doesn’t make you a shitty, backwards person - and one shouldn’t be judged or written off just because of the circumstances of their birth.
