Actually, what’s most startling to me about that clip is that… well… aren’t the main characters underage? And YouTube is okay with allowing this on their site?

in america it’s not illegal to show underage kids if they are cartoons, it’s also probably context, this isn’t pornagraphic or even erotica, it’s just body positivity,

I would say this is a consequence of too much creative freedom but I just fucking know the idea for this series came from some studio executive who thought he discovered the next hit adult animated TV show  
Judging by the fact it has a second season, not far from the bullseye

Yeah, it’s like they looked in the handbook for “How to Make a Hit Adult Cartoon” and pushed everything up to 11 out of a possible 5. Raunchy sense of humor? Check. Mean-spirited nature to all the characters? Check. Ugly, unappealing animation style? Huge check.

It still seems weird for this clip to be on YouTube, of all places. YT isn’t exactly a site known for being lenient on nudity or sexual topics.

In the episode Marcy and Hunson, I found it kinda heart warming that even with all their problems when Hunson was getting beat up Marcy basically gave him permission to go all out because she thought he was holding back rather than being power locked,

Anime is so much more advanced than western animation in that regard because it doesn’t have this culture of raunch that western animation has to have with its adult content

“Donkey Kong Country” sounds like one of those cartoons where I can easily find myself enjoying it for its badness.

Why? There’s nothing about Breaking Bad that would warrant it being animated. In fact, just about any animation that tries copying reality is a waste of the medium, if you ask me.

Adult animation in general is a mistake. In fact, I think even calling it “adult animation” is unfitting, because a lot of times, it’s more childish than what are frequently thought of as kids’ cartoons.
 
Many of the cartoons that are so frequently thought of as being only for children have serious character development, an intense and gripping story, and dark themes such as death and genocide. Whereas “adult” cartoons are just immature humor and maybe occasional weak political commentary.
 
Maybe instead, they should call it “fourth grader cartoons,” because that’s the only demographic that would find it funny.

It’s all subjective anyway. What one finds funny another might not, that’s how it works.
 
I’m mixed on adult animation as a whole. Some I find funny, others I don’t care for, and some I’ll agree with and say that it’s immature and gross just because it is. However, “Big Mouth” in general just shouldn’t have been made other than to be “original” I guess?
