I think it should be “headshot (wound)” and interlinking descriptions, unless it breaks some policy on description ratings, for being shot in the head; “injection” for “shot” in the medical colloquial sense, and “buckshot” for images depicting ammunition consisting of load of multiple pellets intended for use in smoothbore guns, if there’s any. “shot” itself probably should be only used for images actually containing the word, and possibly not even then.
