I have absolutely nothing in canon to justify it, but I am amused by the idea put forward in humorous art by The Weaver, TJ Pones, Jargon Scott, and others, that Shining Armor, Cadence, and Chrysalis live together, with a complicated schedule showing who gets him on which nights, punctuated by the girls pranking one another brutally and the occasional interlude of more adult activities but mainly pranks. It contradicts canon but it amuses me. I believe “chrysarmordance” is the tag for such things.

Ponies are biologically omnivorous, but culturally pescatarian (vegetarian but will eat fish). At least Equestrian ponies are.

That seems plausible. The mental image of Celestia consuming shrimp cocktail served in a stainless steel wash basin hurriedly pressed into service is tremendously amusing to me. Ponies need protein.
 
…does this mean that Equestrian pizza has some kind of tofu-based pepperoni analog? Princess Cadence is well known for her enthusiasm for pepperoni peetzer, as we all know.

Had Cozy Glow not chosen evil, she would have eventually become world chess champion.

My personal headcanon is that cheesecake was created by one of Celestia’s personal bakers soon after Nightmare Moon’s banishment. Luna’s favorite food was cheese, and Celestia’s favorite is, of course, cake, so she had a “cheese cake” created to always remember her lost sister by.

There are a bazillion recipes for cream cheese out there on the Internet. Most are made mostly of cream cheese, or sometimes ricotta, or both. “New York” style cheesecake has beaten eggs in it and is baked, but there are no-bake cheesecake recipes too, in dizzying profusion on the Intertubes.
 
Cheesecake is rich and calorie-dense, as well as nutritious, just the snack for ponies who move suns and moons.
