What I’m trying to say is that their going full throttle with Harris now. I believe this is not the best way to get the majority of the American people to vote for her. Plus, it feels like she’s peaking way too early, considering there’s only 4 months left before the election swings in motion.
What we could be seeing is the start of her rise, but it’s a rise that looks short given the time there is before the election.
Basically, if Biden had decided to drop out of his re-election plans say 4 or 5 months ago, that would’ve given Harris way more time to rise in the polls and cover more ground for herself, but with how short of a ramp there is until the election, we could, theoretically speaking, see her lose in the general election.
Add into account the voters who were planning on voting for Biden could stay at home, seeing that their candidate isn’t going to be seeking a second term in office anymore, so there’s a lot of problems where Harris might see lower voter turnout from those people who are Democrats.
