-Judge also brings up a clip from InfoWas that show Alex with a picture of the judge being set on fire
-Alex brings up how he wouldn’t have enough money to pay for the victims despite the judge bringing up the fact that Jones makes around $800,000 per show
-Alex says that he admits that the Sandy Hooks shooting was real and that he is sorry to the victims, everyone calls him out on his bullshit
-The judge outright said “This isn’t like your show, you need to tell the truth here”
-Alex stars having a fake coughing fit and pretends to be sick by saying tha he has a torn larynx, despite the fact that the judge then shows a clip of Alex screaming his lungs out on an InfoWars episode that aired just hours before the trial
