[Dark] Depression/Suicides within the fandom (The revival)

I guess I forgot to start recording on one of the songs I did and I was reaaaally wanting to see how well I did
 
Well… I got 4,000 points… so I’m just going to assume I did okay… considering it’s somewhat of a hard song to sing
 
The song was Find A Pet

For fucking sake…
 
Did it not know I wanted to fucking record
 
I guess it can’t read my fucking mind…
 
 
I guess I’ll just… re-sing it… again…
 
Because the FUCKING PROGRAM DIDN’T RECORD

Last time I got 4,100… this time I only got 3,500…
 
But… I am getting a little tired… that’s part of it
 
Like I messed up and said “bigger but cooler” instead of “better but cooler”
 
Buuuuut… I also haven’t heard this song that much in a long time
 
But I still know it pretty well
 
 
I did this whole thing with my eyes closed… technically it’s my second time to do it on MLK… because the first time the program didn’t record…
 
Or maybe I’ve done this a while ago… I can’t remember… I did a few songs real early on and I can’t remember which ones I did

Oh and it doesn’t start at the very beginning because I guess I forgot to hit record… again… luckily I hit a few more times just to make sure I was actually recording… and thank goodness I did

HOLY FUCK that workout felt AMAZING
 
I hadn’t worked out in a while… O M G.. I forgot how amazing it felt
 
I only went for like 25 minutes and not that intensely but… WOW

Actually did way better than I thought I was
 
To me it sounded like I was singing too low but in my heart it felt right so I trusted my heart and… it was actually pretty on key
 
It was sliiiiiightly too high on the “raaainnbooows” part because I did think it was too low so I raised it a taaaaaaad bit
 
But… all in all.. not too bad
 
Still sucks though… but not terrible

I also did this first try and with my eyes closed… sooooo… yeah…
 
Also near the end I um… tried going for the higher octave… didn’t go so well… so that’s why I sang really high and off key for a second near the end lolz

No offense, I care about your well-being and all, but…I think your posts have been making this thread feel more like your personal journal then the depression thread as of late. I feel it would be better for both you and the rest of posters on this thread if you made your own thread(s), like a thread about singing/artistic aspirations and another one about exercise. Better to create new threads than to potentially spoil the relevancy of this one.

Now, if you’re aspiring to be a singer, then I could see why it would upset you, but otherwise it’s not that big of a deal. Lots of people can’t sing. Hell, I’m one of those people who can’t whistle.
