I’m making a dish literally fit for a Roman Emperor.

Pisam Vitellianam, a classical version of Britain’s famous mushy peas, but with much more flavor. Named after one of its biggest fans and fattest of Roman Emperors, Vitellia.

I got a cheese pizza. I’m going to put lots of diced serrano on it, and down the soul cleansing heat chugging cold beer.

Unsurprisingly, a nearly 2000 year old recipe doesn’t have a lot of accurate proportions. But it turned out quite well.

May have overdone the cardamom.

I made some spicy chili the other day that will melt away any sin.

I might be going to Anime Banzai tomorrow, for the first time in 5 years.

Firehouse Subs makes the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had.

Went on a birthday party of a friend of my cousin and their chicken tasted much better than KFC for a second class meal.

Just got back from my first concert since 2019. Ace Frehley and Alice Cooper. Kick ass concert. Only a few people wearing masks, but you had to go through a combination metal detector/temperature reader so hopefully i’ll be good.

Lmao so I made an unofficial cameo on the Justin Y Reddit page and I discovered it from just typing my own name on Google Images.

I’ve recently watched Dune (the Denis Villeneuve film) and it quickly became my favourite film in 2021.

I can’t wait to see the second part of the story.

Today is Back To The Future day.

And so is my know-it-all pain in the ass little brother’s birthday today. I still love him deep down from the bottom of me dark heart despite the bitter coldness of our brotherhood relationship these days.

Yet m0ar chicken but this time, Jollibee’s Chickenjoy, some pizzaz, and boorgers.

Too bad I only gonna eat 30% of these food because i’m trying my best to regain my lost respect by being wholesome to my baby brother on his b-day.

Well the doctor wasn’t too concerned about my thorn injury. Just said to keep it covered and clean, and try not to use it (which is hard since it’s my left thumb and i’m left handed). Plus it’s been 6 days since the concert, and despite few people wearing a mask, no social distancing, and riding up with my friend who got over his Corona a week earlier, I’m still good (they were supposedly checking everyone’s temperatures at the door).
There’s a gun show this weekend at the same place. Not sure if i’ll go though (I wouldn’t put it past someone to deliberately spread it there).

One of my neighbors was throwing out their blender that’s bigger (and from what i can tell, more powerful) than mine.

Took it in the dead of night, cleaned it up, seems to work just fine, so now I have a ninja blender.
