Heads up: I’m pretty sure that locking this thread is best for all of us. It’s been nothing but trouble and a never ending source of groans from me in various ways since I stupidly started it. Words alone cannot express how repentant and sorry I am for unleashing this hellish Pandora’s box of a topic onto our forum. I know I don’t exactly have the best reputation about leaving things alone and not obsessing, but that’s a personal problem I have and I should not be dragging it out and making a scene in front of people who likely do not care. I quit Tumblr a few months ago and was significantly happier after doing so. I feel that cutting off this source will help not only me, but many others on this forum as well.
 
I’m going to ask for a lock for this on August 1st. Get everything out of your systems by then, and remember: I am eternally sorry.

Don’t be sorry. You helped contain it to one thread. If you hadn’t made this thread, someone else would have done so. But I think it has served its purpose. From here on, it’s just an endless repeat of “stupid things SJWs do”.
 
It gave me some good laughs, but it’s probably best for me also to cut my ties with anything SJW related. I never let it seeps into other parts of my life, but it’s still a waste of time.

We don’t need to be known for this, everyone already hates us for one reason or another. If it’s not because we are a bunch of dirty rape apologists, we’re a bunch of overly sensitive “autistic” SJWs who aren’t allowed to call each other faggots. We’re a speakeasy: everyone goes here, but no one will admit to going and publicly will hate us.

Here’s a good song. It has nothing to do with this thread and I’m not accusing anyone of anything by it. I’m just listening to melancholy music tonight and old Layne decided to make his way into my playlist.

I’m going to be blunt: If the thread is frustrating you then don’t take part. I personally would not appreciate having it taken away because you can’t handle it. I mean it’s kind of similar to a lot of what we’ve been talking about on this thread for a while, isn’t it?

Can’t stay away, but is being firm in believing that the show is positive for everyone and provides great examples of who you can be bad?
 
Because the show is good for both females and males. Part of the problem of media is having shit representations of the opposite sex in media designed for one, and FiM manages to buck that trend as well.
