Are you sure? i can’t find his art anymore. although what yuou described sometimes happens with deactivations. the account is deactivated, and the art associated with it stays up in DA for a while, and is deleted months later.

I think he might have actually been banned rather than outright deleting his account… If he deleted his account, then none of his stuff would even be on DA anymore. But it’s all still there, you just can’t comment on it anymore or access his profile.
 
And of course, knowing DA, if he was banned, it’ll probably take him months to get it back. He’s already been gone a couple months at this point.

I didn’t say it wasn’t funny. I don’t know where you got that from, but I know neither pony handles rejection well. Also, I would totally let it slide if they were my male friends, because insults mean less to guys.

Pinkie is not sad, she is incredulous at the turn of events. I am sure Dash would fail to contain her laughter in a few seconds and then this little “mishap” will be a happy memory of theirs… That is once they explain themselves to Rarity and she stops bitching over how her new color is the best thing ever and sure to make ponies appreciate her.
 
Seriously though, where do you guys live? “Suffer? Ruining their friendship? Going crazy?” Are you serious? Are you from middle ages or something? And more importantly, do you guys even have IRL friends? I can’t believe a socially successful person would treat a harmless (and quite hilarious) prank like the end of the world…
 
If someone drops their friendship with you over a prank like this, they weren’t your friend to begin with. It is totally acceptable and even encouraged to prank each other from time to time if you and the other person are close friends and have a healthy social connection… Not to mention that RD and PP are pranksters in nature and they would never hold grudge on one another over a successful prank. I can’t claim the same about the “miss fashion” over there, but if she has at least a tiny bit of brain in that “pretty” head of hers, she will understand that this was just a prank and not a honest insult directed at her.
 
That being said, maybe it’s just me and you guys have different norms in whatever wonderland you live in. Though I doubt it… a lot. Cheers and don’t be so grumpy, no one likes people like that. There is a term “party pooper” for a reason, you know =)

Well seeing how I am not Dash, yes. Also Rarity would complain about the ice cream binge ruining her figure, so that would be annoying. Having Pinkie be sad means risking her going crazy, so that’s another bad scenario.

She doesn’t look embarrassed to me, more like barely restraining her mirth. That being said, I doubt this event was a master-plan of hers. I think she is just laughing at how the entire joke has unintentionally turned into a hilarious prank and became times better =)

I guess it wasn’t clear that I was talking about her setting Pinkie Pie up to hurt Rarity’s feelings. Of course, Pinkie could have added Dashie in her note or something so that this wouldn’t happen. Telling Rarity her dye job was horrible is fine, it’s something an orange farmer would say.
