I’m shocked when I see something without one. It makes people feel special to be the only one of anything, even if it’s an unwarranted criticism. In other words: don’t mind it. It’s kind of comical, stuff often gets the obligatory down vote within seconds of upload, for no other reason than low self esteem of the anonymous voter.
