I googled “woman narrow nose” and I finally know what was wrong. Eyes are too far from each other for such a narrow nose.
I think s/he’s referring to the fact that Luna’s face is almost perfectly symmetrical here. It’s not quite enough to be uncanny for me, though.
Go see an optometrist.

Though seriously, happened to watch an episode of vasuce (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xR1sLdupUDs), misclicked on a link, and noticed this image. Completely random chance of things happen, but there you go. Defiantly adding this image to my favorites.
