“Am I only on I’m reading Arabic and HebreW”
I don’t think grammar works that way.

“Am I the only one here reading Arabic and Hebrew”, meaning you can read both scripts and find it very rare for people to be able to do that.

But as usual, if people aren’t used to a script, it will be harder to read. Even something basic as how Swedish has the letters; Å Ä Ö, most people probably will read them as A A O with extra stuff on, whilst I see them as completely different letters that has nothing to do with A and O, just like how E and F are different letters.
