Take a closer look—it looks more like strawberries to me, probably in its juice. That’s infinitely better for her and the baby (or babies, look how big she is O_o) than ice cream. But then again, it’s probably strawberry ice cream with the huge pieces of strawberry mixed into them.
 
But basically I’m just saying is that she hasn’t let go despite pregnancy, but rather that there is more than one in there, not to mention they’re kirins with some of the draconic tendencies. Thankfully because Rarity is preggy, looks like she doesn’t have to lay an egg.
