Another reason why Changelings are the best.
It depends. Binding can hurt if you don’t do it right or if you keep it on too long, but it’s perfectly safe and comfortable if done properly; though it shouldn’t be worn for more than eight hour a day, and if you have to wear it for longer, then you should take breaks from it in a private space, like a bathroom or something.
